Double wrist grab




The attacker grabs both your wrists. This is the fourth most likely way a male grabs a female's wrists according to Home Office statistics.

Place your palms together, keep your elbows pointing down, press slightly forward as you lift your hands up. You break the grip against the attacker's thumbs.
Slap hard against your attacker's ear while shifting your body in the direction of impact. An alternative is to slap both ears simultaneously.
