IMPACT WITH FOREARM PADS

Jab, leading leg front kick

Jab, cross, back front kick

Leading leg roundhouse to head, back leg roundhouse to body

     

LOCKS AND THROWS

Body locks (front, side and behind); single and double leg take downs

     

GROUND

submissions from guard (bottom position), including triangle choke and arm bar

Defences against the five most common attacks male on female
