Jab, spinning back fist

Spinning back fist one way then immediately the other

Spinning elbow

     

LOCKS AND THROWS

achiles tendon, heel hook, toe hold, knee bar, scissors takedowns, s-shape lock

     

SELF DEFENCE

Mawashi uke against male attacks

     

STAND UP

Straight punch exchange drill with closing to clinch

Leg block to thigh kick, counter with inwide leg thigh kick
