Leading leg front kick to midsection, front kick to head

Leading leg roundhouse to midsection, back leg roundhouse to midsection

Jab, cross, jab, elbow

Jab, left hook, right cross

Jab, cross from fence

GROUNDWORK

Escapes from bottom position of mount, side control, and scarf hold

     

SELF DEFENCE

Defences against the six wrist grabs, second set

     

LOCKS AND THROWS

Arm bar, Hammer lock, Sankyo wrist twist, hip throw

     

STAND UP

Blocking hook, counter with hook

block front kick, counter front kick to midsection

leg block to thigh kick, counter roundhouse with back leg

CLINCH

Push hands hard
