Women's Self Defence - Dragged From Behind

Dragged by the neck from behind

The second most common way a female is attacked by a male is "A silent or rushing approach was made from the victim's rear, and then a rear neck/head lock applied and the victim dragged away." As you are dragged back unbalanced you can try: stamping on feet, grabbing the groin, grabbing fingers, poking the eyes, pinching the inner thigh. However, it may be that you can do none of these things if the attacker positions himself well and keeps you unbalanced enough.

You will be able to do the following. Swing your left leg directly back behind the attacker. (You may in the process kick his right Spleen 6 point for added value; if you do not, it does not matter.)

If you get caught it will be at this stage shown, where the attacker gets you in a headlock. To release from this position pinch the inner thigh or back of the knee, and continue as below.

As you slip out the back, make sure you have your hand ready for an immediate slap. Here, the right hand helped free the left by hitting against the attacker's wrist as the left pulled back.
Slap with your left hand on the base of the skull (Gall Bladder 20).
