Women's Self Defence - Choke Against a Wall

One-handed choke against a wall

This is the fourth most common male against female attack: "The victim was pinned to a wall with a throat grab with the attacker's left hand. A weapon-shown threat was made, and then the weapon hidden, and the victim led away".

Lift your right arm over the attacker's gripping hand. As much as possible, get your armpit right over their wrist.
Drop your weight directly down, keeping your back straight. The attacker is now supporting the whole of your weight on the end of their arm; they won't be able to do it.
Using the power in your legs, whip your right arm immediately back for a back slap to the attacker's face.
In one motion, continue with a left slap, again using body power.
