There have been some unpleasant rumours about rowing socials being a load of rubbish, but frankly any club whose website address (ussu.net/rowing) is an anagram of wino nurse guts has got to be a raving bag of fun.
Oh yes.
Socials are usually on a Wednesday night, in Falmer bar on campus,
starting around 7pm and occasionally continuing, after an exciting bus
ride into town, at a club in Brighton.
Come on, who am I kidding?
You know the score. And you all owe me a pint.
Non-members are always welcome at Rowing socials, especially young and attractive ones.
For those of you who prefer your interaction online, the USBC Chat Board is now open for business.
