We are delighted to confirm that our three headline speakers will be Caroline Lucas, George Marshall, and Peter Bunyard - three individuals who are doing outstanding climate-related work. Please see below for more information on each of our speakers.

Observer's Politician of the Year 2007, principal Speaker of the Green Party , Elected Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for the South East and prospective parliamentary candidate for Brighton Pavillion.



George Marshall

George Marshall

George is founder of the highly successful Climate Outreach and Information Network (COIN) and has worked as a senior campaigner for Greenpeace and the Rainforest Foundation. He has worked as a policy consultant to the German and Papua New Guinean governments and has authored fifteen major reports alongside winning nine awards for his video documentary work. Before joining COIN George was one of the founders and co-ordinators of Rising Tide.



Peter Bunyard

Peter Bunyard

Peter Bunyard has worked for the United Nations Environment Programme and is the founding science editor of the Ecologist magazine . A fellow of the Linnean Society, he has conducted field work in the Colombian Amazon and is an expert on the role of rainforests in global warming.
